United States Virgin Islands Department of Justice (Amount:
$1,000,000*)
The U.S. Virgin Islands’ Department of Justice will target offenders
ages 14–24. It will partner with various service agencies to address
the challenges of recidivism, substance abuse, and physical and
mental health issues and to support workforce participation, independent
living training, and peer support.
